Alterview, 2013

 

Alterview is a large-scale tinted orange glass window.The elliptical form interrupts the existing perforated metal fence and invites an altered perceptual experience simply by re-framing the Manhattan skyline. An optical interplay between orange and its opposite blue also unfolds.
